Making the transition to life after cancer treatment can bring with it a whole new set of challenges and concerns as you define a new normal. Your care team at the IU Simon Cancer Center will continue to give you help and support your physical and emotional well-being.
Follow-up care and regular check-ups can help identify any changes in health early. Talk with your doctor or nurses about appropriate follow-up care for you. Regular check-ups may include physical exams, imaging procedures, and lab tests.
On the right are Web-based resources that may help support cancer survivors and their loved ones by providing information on key post-treatment topics, inspiring stories of survivorship and online support groups.
